Active Member
($200 Annual Dues)
A MD or DO (or United States medical licensure equivalent) who has completed an ACGME accredited urology residency or equivalent accreditation organization or the certifying board of urology in the country where practicing. Active members have voting privileges within the society.
Associate Member
($200 Annual Dues for Physicians; $100 Annual Dues for Advanced Practice Providers)
A healthcare professional who does not satisfy the criteria of an active member. This includes physicians, allied health professionals (nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc.), and physical therapists. Associate members do not have voting privileges.
Fellow/Resident Member
($0 Annual Dues)
Any fellow or resident enrolled in a program providing post-doctoral education and training in the study of benign prostate disease or related discipline may apply for this membership. Verification of resident/fellow status, in the form of a written statement from the graduate advisor or department head, is required.
